S.L. van der Zanden, Managing Principal and CEO
S.L. van der Zanden is the Managing Principal of RE|SOLUTIONS where he leads all of the property/asset management and receivership assignments. He brings over 30 years of commercial real estate experience helping institutional, corporate, and private clients overcome challenges and capitalize on nearly $2 billion in opportunities. His prior experience includes management of a 1.6MM s.f. portfolio with 22 assets; turnaround of REO assets; utilizing a unique sealed-bid property sales process for institutional clients; and acquisition & development activities.

Brian Goldman, Principal and COO
Brian Goldman leads all operations, valuation, brokerage and business development activities. He brings over 14 years as a commercial real estate lender with John Hancock Financial Services where he originated mortgages and managed its Midwest portfolio. Activities also included workout restructuring and resolution of non-performing loans. He holds an MBA from University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.

Saar Schnitman, Real Estate Director, Property Management & Leasing
Saar heads up the property management and leasing activities for the firm and was most recently with Millennium Properties as Vice President of Property Management. Previously, Saar worked as the Director of Operations with Silver Property Group, where he was responsible for the management and oversight of a $35 million, multi-site portfolio. In this role, he implemented a number of measures designed to improve efficiency and reduce costs by tracking maintenance workflows and improving the RFP processes. He holds a degree in finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and is a veteran of the Israeli Defense Forces.
Anne Voshel, Managing Director, Development & Construction
Over the past 25 years, Anne has managed the design and/or construction of more than 15 million SF and more than $1 billion of development throughout the United States and Mexico. Anne has developed a diverse range of projects including apartment building conversions of commercial and industrial buildings, corporate headquarters for Ameritech and Duracell, ground-up and renovation of office buildings, and institutional facilities such as the Modern Wing for the Art Institute of Chicago and a master plan for the Shedd Aquarium.
